This is a tool that is located on the Maintenance section of the Sample Adequacy tab. 

Function

The Precision Level interface () is used to adjust confidence levels and precision rates for each Functional Class and Urban code combination. These values will then be used in the Check Adequacy interface when checking for adequate sampling among the Functional Class and Urban Code groupings.
